From first time buyers to families looking for a larger home, shopping centres provide access to affluent professionals from a huge catchment area. With the average visit to the mall lasting well over an hour, there are repeated opportunities to see the campaign. Bellway Homes increased the dwell time of this campaign by also including internal door branding to target shoppers within the lifts.
